The staff were helpful and friendly, which made our stay pleasant. I requested a room switch due to personal reasons, and the guy taking care of the front desk at night was very helpful and patient taking care of my request (very much appreciated). Room is decent and meet our basic needs. Great location, able to walk to nearly shopping malls and take buses to go around.

Great place for great value. Rooms are clean as they should be, staff at front desk and house keeping are all very nice and are very helpful. Stayed here multiple times and always satisfied. Front desk is always happy to help with anything thats not to your standard. In n out is across the street, big win! And the 85 freeway is close by to get on your way quickly! Thank you, i will be back

Good service for this budget hotel. Room was cleaned and serviced by placing the proper card on the handle. Cons: towls were really thin 😞

It's a hotel! It's fine and the rooms are clean enough. There were a few strange things. For one, the curtain in our room had been cut which made blocking out the lights from the parking lot impossible. We were on the ground floor, which meant we heard everything from the lobby. There was this woman who we all thought worked there, as 3 different times we went out to find her yelling at employees. Actually when we first came in she was behind the desk yelling at Manuel** and didn't even seem to notice his attempts to talk to us. Each night we heard her yelling at someone else at the front desk, and in the morning as well. That was the weirdest part. If she does work there, or is the owner, I am very sorry to the employees there because yikes. Edit: Per the reply, I'd like to verify that this was the correct hotel. I had mis--remembered the employees name.

This hotel was rated 3 star.This definitely was not a 3-star hotel.Honestly, it could be a cool boutique hotel but it seems like no one really cares about it. Chipped furniture, old sheets and don't even ask about the bed and pillows. Elevator faulty.

Hotel Vue is a nice enough little hotel in the heart of the Silicon Valley. Nothing too fancy about it, but it’s in a GREAT location between Hwys 101, 85, 237, and 280. … The Good: — Generally reasonable prices (though cheaper on weekends) — ‘Good enough’ amenities/rooms, including a Keurig for morning coffee/tea — Helpful staff, esp. those who’ve been there awhile (Anita & Juan are great) — Exercise room. Small, but decent. … The Bad — Can be a bit pricey during mid-week (business travelers) — Some of the newer staff aren’t maybe as up on the booking system as the veterans — They used to have a nice continental breakfast, but no longer— no protein — The elevator is a bit wonky. Works, but something’s off with it. … Overall, the Vue is a nice-enough low frills stay for a (usually) reasonable price in a great and convenient Silicon Valley location. 👍

I stayed here before and I came back again since first stay was ok. But this time it failed me on basic requirements: I found a cockroach in the first room I got. They changed the room for me, but bed sheets were not clean. I can see black dots on sheets and a black string left by someone. Rest room wasn't well maintained neither. Cleanness should be a basic requirement. Period.
